At Sure Movements Yoga we will give everyone new to our facility a week free to try out all the different forms of yoga we have to offer. This is an opportunity for each person to find what type of yoga practice is best for them. All shapes, faiths, sizes, genders, sexes and fitness levels are welcome. When you stop in for your free week of yoga with us we encourage you to show up ready to take a journey of transformation.
Showing up to your mat is sometimes the hardest part of practice. Often times as an instructor it pains me to hear feedback from people such as, "I have to lose weight before I do yoga" or "I am not flexible enough to do yoga". There is a form of yoga and an instructor style for everyone. The purpose of yoga is to help balance all aspects of life.
