Partner Yoga - Acro

Acro-Yoga (or 'Acro') is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics.  It is a strong exercise combining strength building aspects yoga,  balance and flair of acrobatics, and it improves the concentration and teamwork of the partners.  Acro can be therapeutic for couples and friends - building trust and strengthening communication.
